Conveniently packed in a foil tray, you can take it straight from the freezer to the oven. Serve as a side dish at your next BBQ, serve a few to satisfy a crowd at a party, or just add a side salad for a quick and simple family meal.
Ingredients: Fillo pastry, water, frozen spinach (11%), canola oil, vegetable shortening, ricotta cheese, fetta cheese (4%), pecorino cheese, dried onion, salt, wheaten cornflour, pepper.
Baking Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Remove the frozen Fillo Spiral Pita from its plastic & place in its foil tray on a lower rack of the oven. Do not defrost.
3. Bake for 40-45min or until it reaches a dark golden color.
