Haloumi is an ideal ingredient in many Mediterranean dishes, or served on its own with a squeeze of lemon. It is a flavorsome springy cheese that can be grated, grilled, pan fried, barbecued, or baked without melting. It makes a great burger as well. It is made with no artifical preservatives or additives and a non-animal rennet, making it suitable for vegetarians.
