Our Japanese cucumber is lovingly grown by our partner farmers in Batangas. This item is only available per kilo as it is usually sold to Japanese restaurants in the city. We only work directly with farmers in order to give you the fresh produce.
On receiving, please keep in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days to maintain the crunchiness of the cucumber.
Japanese cucumbers or Kyuri are usually smaller and thinner than regular cucumbers and have a very refreshing crunchy texture. They are ideal for fresh preparations, either in salads or pickles.
